Hull Record Fair is expected to draw music lovers from all over the UK to the city this weekend.

Described as the largest fair to come to Hull for 20 years, all music genres will be represented with more than 40 tables of vinyl, CDs and DVDs.

Around 20 dealers will be coming from all over the country to tout their wares between 9am and 3pm at the Mercure Royal Hotel on Ferensway on Saturday November 29.

Hundreds of music lovers and record collectors are also expected, not to mention those looking for a good deal before Christmas.

Gary Marks of GJM Promotions, which is running the fair, has also welcomed last-minute sellers who want to come along and run a stall on the day.

He looks forward to seeing a big crowd of people of all ages and interests, whether they are bargain hunters or collectors.

And with vinyl records getting more and more popular, it is expected to be a big event.

Admission is £1 on the door or free for students.
