Sally Morgan, aka Psychic Sally, comes to Hull City Hall next week with her brand new show, Call Me Psychic.

A must-see performance, it is a unique experience for anyone interested in seeing a medium or receiving a message from a passed relative or friend. We spoke with Sally to find out more about her upcoming visit and her psychic abilities.

Can you tell us a little bit more about the show at Hull City Hall?

It’s about messages. Most people come along because they want a message from a loved one. It’s very emotional; we’ll laugh and we’ll cry.

What would you say to someone who has never seen or met a medium before?

I would firstly say that make sure you do your homework. Ensure that you know what a medium is. A lot of my audience will come along already knowing what a medium is, and ready to hear messages, and that’s great.

It’s impossible for me to tell you what a medium is in five minutes. But basically, a medium harnesses the energy around the individual.

For me, this energy is translated into a thought pattern. I am shown little scenes in my mind’s eye and I just put that out there to audiences.

Is it quite an interactive show then?

Yes, it’s a very interactive show. It’s all about receiving messages from loved ones; I will go out into the audience and talk with individuals.

They are handed a small microphone and their face will appear on screen for the rest of the audience members to see.

Their face says it all really when I give them a message, it’s a great moment.

When did you first realise that you had this gift?

I know now that it was with me from a very young age, but I didn’t actually become aware of it until it was pointed out to me.

Like with anything, such as the colour of your hair or skin, children don’t really know something is ‘different’ about them until someone else tells them at school, in the playground or in the park.

What’s the best part of being a medium?

It has allowed me to meet so many people. For the past nine years, I have been able to go on tour and bring my ability to all sorts of individuals.

I’m 66 now, and for most of my life I have been able to give people hope that when our body dies, it isn’t the end.

What about the worst part?

I’m really lucky actually, I can’t see any bad parts of being a medium.

Of course, with my job, I get quite tired travelling around when I’m on tour. But other than that I honestly love what I do.

You can see Psychic Sally in action on Tuesday 23 May at Hull City Hall. Tickets start from £24 and can be purchased via the Hull 2017 website.
