Silent Uproar is a Hull-based theatre company creating high-visual storytelling that’s fun and informal. In the process, they aim to raise awareness of a range of social issues, with the focus for early 2016 being mental health.

The company is now working with an established playwright to make a show that helps people to better understand the issue of depression, all while offering the audience an enjoyable and affordable night out.

The show needs to revolve around real insight into depression, so a short survey has been designed that can be filled in by anyone and everyone. The survey is only six questions long and doesn’t even ask for your name or contact details, so you remain completely anonymous.

The more people that take part, the more relevant, relatable and valuable the show will be. Please help by sparing just one minute to fill it in, and please do share with friends, family and coworkers. Thank you.
