The Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club returns to Hull City Hall on Friday 13th November with a stellar line-up of top-notch comedians.

Headlining the show is Steve Harris, who first leapt on stage back in 1998 and within three months had won himself the coveted North-West Comedian of the Year Award. Like other previous winners, Peter Kay, John Bishop and Jason Manford, Steve’s great asset is his likeability (on top of being hilarious!). As a result he’s gone on to great success playing to delighted audiences all over the globe, including venues as far flung as Hong Kong, Australia, and Dubai. Now a TV and radio regular, he’s also supported many a top act on their national tours, including Johnny Vegas, Peter Kay and Lee Evans.

Whatever age or walk of life you’re from, Steve has something for you, guaranteed to have you breathless with laughter. He’s a master of the obvious and a Ninja of the not-so-obvious, and you’ll be hit so hard by a punch line you won’t know where it’s come from. With most comedians you might get laughs, with Steve you get a guarantee.

Felicity Ward is a multi-award winning stand-up comedian, writer and actor. She’s best-known in Australia for her multitude of TV work including Network 10’s The Ronnie Johns Half Hour and ABC’s Spicks and Specks. Now she’s matching this with TV and big-screen work over here having appeared on Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC3) and in the Inbetweeners II movie. She’s an absolute performance powerhouse and flits between lovably mad and downright insane.

Funmbi Omotayo’s friendly, instantly likeable style have made him a multi-award-winning act and firm favourite with crowds all over the UK. Gently paced stories and anecdotes are delivered warmly and confidently creating massive laughs. Funmbi is creating a huge storm on the comedy circuit with tales of his Nigerian roots and his hilarious day-to-day observations. This natural talent has seen him gracing our TV screen on numerous occasions including Frankie Boyle’s Tramadol Nights and TNT Show (both on Channel 4).

The MC for all the above is Damion Larkin, one of Britain’s most promising comedy talents, renowned for being a spontaneous and lovable host. A comedian in his own right, Damion has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the past seven years and was dubbed One of the Top Ten Shows on the Fringe by The Skinny Magazine. As well as being runner up in the North West Comedian of the Year, Damion also enjoyed success at the BBC’s New Comedy Awards and has appeared at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
