Younus to retire from ODIs

Veteran Pakistan batsman Younus Khan is to retire from one-day international cricket at the end of the World Cup.

Younus, 37, will continue to be available for Tests.

He told his Twitter followers: “I Will Retire From ODI Cricket After 2015 World Cup .Will Continue To Play Test Cricket”

Younus has made almost 16,000 international runs across the formats in his 15-year career.

Pakistan have lost their first two World Cup fixtures and face an uphill battle to reach the knockout stages down under. Their next Pool B fixture is against Zimbabwe in Brisbane on Sunday.
