Vice News reporter Mohammed Rasool has been released on bail after being held in a Turkish jail for four months.

Rasool was detained in August along with two other journalists while reporting for Vice News on the situation in Turkey’s mostly Kurdish regions.

Vice News said on Tuesday Rasool was released after spending 131 days in prison.

He was charged with assisting a terrorist organisation, while his two British colleagues, Jake Hanrahan and Philip Pendlebury, were released 11 days after their arrests without any charges.
